So this film got me thinking...if you could have one movie-esque experience in your life, what would it be???
No doubt if I asked myself the question next week, the answer would be totally different. But for today, I'd definitely chose...striking up a conversation with a stranger in a bookstore....being the girl sitting on the floor with her headphones on...up to her neck in obscure titles. Then starting a whirlwind romance with the boy a few shelves across who shares your love of prose.
What about you? I really want to know.

ReplyDeleteI would simply like to meet a man in a tweed Barbour blazer - scruffy-neat poetic stubble, and dark rimmed geek glasses hiding his icey-blue eyes, doing a sudoku puzzle in the park with a grande skinny chai tea latte in his hand in golden autumn. I would sit next to him - not really noticing how perfect he was - minding my own business (and maybe wearing a berret) - he'd look over, and simply say 'you take my breath away.'
PERFECT.
